Tracy on Usenet Abuse

Usenet should be a forum where people can go to communicate their thoughts, feelings, concerns, opinions, etc. In some cases things get out of hand. Usenet Abuse comes in many different forms. It can include spamming, rogue cancels, cancelation of other people's posts, censorship, cross posting, forgeries, cyber stalking, and harassment.

This page contains links on information related to usenet abuse, privacy, and freedom of speech issues. I don't have a solution to the problem(s), and can only suggest that if you find yourself being stalked or harassed online to NOT give the person(s) a reason to continue. If their actions do not stop, or they cross into your personal life (outside of Usenet/Email), then seek help from the law enforcement.

If you have any questions, concerns, or comments please feel free to email me at: usenet at hornschuch dot net.
